Gen bucket reversal option

If you've spent any time on factions and done basework, you probably know the pain of misplacing a gen bucket and watching a line of obsidian shoot up, down, or sideways in the completely wrong spot. In many cases, it's faster to let the gen reach its limit and chunk bust the entire chunk than it is to mine 384 obsidian. The problem with this method, of course, is that early-game chunk busters can be expensive, and additionally you must gen back the entire chunk worth of work you've done.
A useful solution, which already exists on some other factions servers, is the ability to cancel an active gen bucket, or even remove gens later.
The system could work fairly simply. After placing a gen bucket and generating a pillar, you could hold the same type of gen bucket used to create it in your hand and left click any block belonging to that pillar, causing the entire pillar to begin reversing at the same speed it originally generated, removing each block until the full gen has been cleared.
The nice thing about implementing it this way is it wouldn't be limited to simply correcting gens that are currently active, but allowing you to fix a gen at any point in time in case you're reviewing your layout later and realize you've made a small error.
I strongly believe this QoL change would make basework significantly less frustrating for players by giving us a quick remedy to our mistakes.
If after reading this management thinks this requires too much dev time, I present an even easier way to effectively add this to the game: air gen buckets. Create a "patch bucket" that overrides everything in its path excluding bedrock, and make it place air. A vertical and horizontal type of this bucket would cover all our needs!
Another even easier implementation: Chunk busters with a 1x1 radius instead of the full chunk, renamed to "block busters" "pillar busters" or something similarly fitting.

It is on lots of other servers, dont know why it is not on this one
Yeah there are gen plugins that utilize gen blocks instead of buckets that are wayyy better than the one LC uses, wish we could get that update.
The amount of times I have misplaced (ping/lag of course) this would be very useful BIG +1 WE NEED!
