Add the ability to upload images to forums

Self explanatory, at the moment there's no visible option to upload or embed images. Would be particularly useful for suggestions since often a visual is helpful for players to understand what is being discussed.

perhaps

images are a must tbh. why would i ever want to use Forums over the Discord when images are such a big part in communicating and explaining ideas
