Allow cosmetic keys to be purchased directly

Cosmetic keys are back on factions, which is great. However, you can only obtain the keys from monthly crates. I think cosmetic keys should be purchasable directly from the store instead of only being obtainable through monthlies.

Since everything in this crate is (as the name implies) cosmetic, I don't see much of a reason to limit them behind another key. Making this game feature individually accessible gives players another reason to support the server. I would happily purchase cosmetic keys, but can't justify the price of monthly keys given faction's current reclaim vault problems. I'm sure other players feel similarly.

Ditto - I have no interest in purchasing seasonal keys, but the rewards from cosmetic keys would be fun. This may be part of the calculus on the server side, but upping the price and locking this key behind another key purchase will not get you the result you want.
