Forums friends list

Self explanatory, would be fun to have a friends list on forums. You could set your activity to notify you when friends post/reply to other threads, which you also might end up being interested in!

yessss let me be able to friend people. i think it would also be a useful system to allow the option to restrict messages from people you're not friends with!
