Make Forums Friends Lists Public

It would be great if you could go to someone's profile and there's an option to see their forums friends list, similar to social media apps and the ability to see other people's followers/following. It would make it much easier for newer players joining the forums to locate their friend groups by navigating to one of their friends profiles, viewing their friends list, and quickly adding all their friends from that list.

Forgot to add this, but additionally I do recognize some people might want their lists to remain private for personal reasons. There could be a toggle in profile settings of whether your friends list is displayed publicly or not. More profile personalization options is always a win imo!
