Soul Scroll Change

I love the new reclaim format with vaults, and sales, But due to people’s feedback an item was created to give players the chance to keep their items upon death. now I think this is an amazing change it lets people still trade and keep reclaims they never got to purchase from the crate while also letting people use the reclaims during PvP and not lose upon death. The only issue I have is that you can use the soul scroll on everything so if I have 36 soul scrolls I now can keep my entire inventory, I think the soul scroll should be only allowed to use on monthly reclaims. It’ll still be used as a way to keep reclaims without having them ruin PvP all together by granting people who pay for leg keys or constantly voting get practically keep inventory.

The reclaim vault is a good change if you're a gear collector and never take it out of your vault. Unfortunately, that's not how 99% of players want to play the server. It should be reverted to its previous state with a new option for players to engage in permanent reclaimable item trades.

The unfortunate part is I do actually enjoy buying the crates when the cosmetics are nice, but I simply can't justify spending money on items I'm realistically never going to pull out of my reclaim vault unless the system is changed.

Yup exactly this. There is zero incentive to buy the crates when we are never going to use the gear. Really hoping to see @iLemon address this at some point. So far there has been ZERO communication from him. It's not hard to have the best of both worlds and keep the "old" system, but add some sort of "vouchers" for the gear that you can trade/sell to people that would permanently transfer the monthly items from player to player. That way you can still use the gear without risk of permanently losing it, and other players can still buy gear from other people and keep it forever.

It's not too late to delete this suggestion

lol to the first part but to the second, I disagree - no one from the server side engaged meaningfully with the constructive feedback on the reclaim vault from players. I can tell that because this soul scrolls solution does nothing to fix the original problem. But they did recognize a chance for more profit by giving players the ability to temporarily protect their items, if they buy more legendary keys.

thank god my last 3 gset kills had soul scrolls on their entire set, gset kills are already pretty rare and now when they do happen you gain absolutely nothing, what a fun way to play the game!
