Suggestions should be it's own main section

Seems weird suggestions are just a sub-section of "General Discussion" instead of their own section. Feels like it'd be a lot easier for organisation and navigation if they were moved to their own section accessible from the main page. Then you can add suggestion tags like from the Discord to help categorise suggestions based on what gamemode they are for.
