Disable ender pearls in /pvp

I don't know why they were fully re-enabled again, I feel like it was great without them useable at /pvp.

Bare minimum they should be disabled while you are combat tagged like lunge on spears is, cause it just doesn't make sense that you can just pearl out of a fight.

Wouldn't pearling be potentially an unfair advantage to a degree too, considering enderman is a later spawner making it harder for new players and players not on that spawner yet to get any pearls? Besides it being silly having them enabled just due to the getting out of fights.. having them able to be used but not easily accessible to all players feels a bit silly and messed up to a degree.

prob true but since this the arena we got pls can pearls just be off when combat tagged already
