Senior staff acknowledgement

I’ve noticed that there has been a decline on discord of senior staff commenting or showing some sign of acknowledgment on people’s suggestions. On forums I don’t think I’ve seen one suggestion have any comments from senior staff. Yet you see them involved in monthly crate suggestions, or the other feeds like show your pets. They are clearly here but it feels like all things are being neglected. On the forums there have been some great suggestions, such as @1ewk ’s bal history suggestion, @Zacxry ’s suggestion with a similar idea to this, but also sugfesting some great additions and improvements. It’s already more awkward to make suggestion on forums than discord, with what feels like only the same group of people making and commenting on suggestions, yet we still have been as this is what you have said is the new way. But it just feels like a waste of time. You may see things, and discuss and implement them, but the lack of feedback and comments from senior staff makes it feel like there’s no care for our thoughts.

This isn’t targeted to mods, they’ve been great at keeping active in suggestions, but they simply cannot provide the level of information that admin/dev/owner can for certain things.

Just another thought is @batssssss suggestion about moderation of voice chat. There have already been many opinions shared by both players and staff, and ideas put forward, like I had the idea of transcripts and feeding it through a filter, but really, I and many others, don’t actually know if these things are possible, yet no guidance/comment from those who control the discord, so am I and other wasting our time researching potential options for issues raised?
